Because she noticed her employees mimicking her by logging too many weekend hours, she decided to reevaluate her work choices. Instead, Dawn decide to donate a basket of goods or money to an organization as opposed to organizing a fundraiser. She also encouraged her team mates to volunteer in community activities. This turned out to be a great tool for community involvement.
