The Deluxe CD-ROM features a new Leader's Guide with Video-Based and Activity-Based versions of the lesson plans.

These guides are the roadmap for delivering effective, blended training in one- and two-day/extended training formats. The Video-Based guide blends activities and lecture with the ServSafe DVDs/videos allowing Instructors to bring the kitchen into the classroom. The Activity-Based guide uses a series of 36 built-in activities to teach concepts. Also included: a supplemental slide presentation, 2 Food Safety Showdown! games, 80-question diagnostic pre-test, 40-question practice exam, quizzes, and more.

Please note the ServSafe DVDs/videos are not on the CD-ROM. Also, with the blended learning approach using both videos and activities to support the lecture, the ServSafe Program does not offer a full traditional slide presentation to present all topics through lecture format.
