State Law [brief overview] - (applies to both initial and renewal certification) - at least one certified food safety manager by accredited examination per food establishment where unpackaged foods are handled; renewal required every 5 years

One Day Class & Exam 		$ 139 pre-registration*

Class registration includes:
  • Class instruction/presentation

    State Law (brief overview)
    Initial certification - at least one certified food safety manager with 16 hour training including accredited examination per shift per food establishment where unpackaged foods are handled; renewal required every 3 years

    Renewal certification - food safety manager has already obtained accredited examination as a prerequisite; at least one certified food safety manager with 8 hour refresher class including approved short exam per shift per food establishment where unpackaged foods are handled; renewal required every 3 years

    Exam
    The Prometric certification is accredited and accepted nationwide. You will have the flexibility to schedule your exam date from a list of nearby locations. Please note that the Prometric exam is the only certification option for the OnDemand Exam.
