There is a big problem with top cooks in the UK. Compared to the maximum 13 hours found in top restaurants of New York, top UK restaurants have young talent working 18 hour days sometimes. A group of UK’s top young chef winners are trying to create help for younger chefs. After long hours many of them turn to drinking a drugs. Change is necessary.
